[1] Step One - look for the answer to your issue in our knowledge base.
if you type a few words into the search box, our system will return a list of articles that match your issue.
you will usually solve your problem here, there is lots of information and its available 24/7 and its instant !
[2] Step two - open a support ticket
If you can't find the right answer, or the answer is wrong, then you should click the open a ticket button. this will allow you to create a new ticket in our support system. one of our support people will get an email and reply to you issue (during normal business hours) . is important to provide as much detail as you can, please include your frigbot ID its the FB number on all emails, reports, or SMS alerts (example FB:1334) . also please include the business details if they are different from your email address. Please DO NOT Write any credit card details or passwords in your support ticket.
[3] Step three - phonecall to a real person
The last step should be a phone call; you are welcome to call, and we love to talk with our customers.
