To scan a Frigbot you do not need any extra application on your phone, just use the link provided on your Frigbot list's page.

If your receive the message informing that you are unable to access video stream as shown below, you will need to allow access to your camera on your phone.

To allow Frigbot to use your camera follow the instructions below according your phone type:

iPhone

For iPhone models, you need to:

- Go to 'Settings';

- Select 'Safari';

- Go to 'Camera';

- Select 'Allow'.

Android Phone

For Android phones models, you need to:

- Go to 'Options' button;

- Tap on 'Settings';

- Find 'Site Settings';

- Tap on 'Camera';

- Activate 'Camera', if not active yet;

- If camera is 'Blocked', then:

    - Click on frigbot.com and 'Allow'.
