How to Replace Your Frigbot Device Without Losing Settings or Subscription
From time to time, your Frigbot device may need to be replaced due to physical damage — for example, water ingress. Fortunately, replacing a Frigbot is quick and easy, and your existing subscription and settings can be preserved during the process.
Follow these steps to swap out your device:
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Log in to your account
Go to https://frigbot.com/login and sign in using your credentials.
2. Navigate to the Frigbots page
Click on the Frigbots tab to view the list of all your Frigbot devices.
3. Open the Graph page for the device you’re replacing
Click on the individual Frigbot you wish to replace to open its Graph page.
4. Access the Toolbox menu
On the top left corner of the Graph page, click the TOOLBOX menu.
5. Select "Scan Replacement"
From the TOOLBOX options, choose Scan Replacement.
6. Scan the QR code of your new Frigbot
Use your device’s camera to scan the QR code on your replacement Frigbot.
7. Plug in your new Frigbot
Connect the new device to your refrigeration controller.
8. Wait for sync
Give the system about 20 minutes to sync with your account and resume normal operation.
