Yes Frigbot can send you a text message , and it's free (included in your subscription) 

You can assign one SMS mobile number to each alert 

Login to https://frigbot.com/login and open the "Config Alerts" tab (click on the '>' icon)

[a] Mouse over the alert you need to edit and click on the "blue pencil" this will open the alert for editing 

[b] Add you mobile phone number in the SMS box , be aware that you will need to enter your number with the country code (example +61 for Australia)

[c] Click the "green tick" to record your changes
